Jim Cote Data provides sports data products and related services (“Services”).
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other approved providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases.
Pricing is listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

4. Subscription Plans

If you purchase a subscription, it will be for the full season and active if you use it or not.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting support.
Subscription access remains active only while payments are current.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase for one-time products.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
No refunds will be granted for partial months of service or unused access.

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and all website links.
You agree not to share access or misuse our services in ways that violate laws or third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All data, content, and materials provided by Jim Cote Data are owned by us and protected. All data displayed in this system are from other websites that are clearly identified by links to their websites.
Some data and statistics are compiled from publicly available sources. Where data originates from third-party sites, those sources are identified via links when possible. If you believe any data is incorrect, you may notify us so we can review and, if appropriate, update the information.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, Jim Cote Data does not guarantee that any data, content, or materials are error-free or up to date. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, or for any decisions made based on the use of this data.

There are over 1,300 data points, so it is not possible to verify all the data before publication so we are not responsible for any data errors that are published. However, I will do my best to ensure the data is clean, accurate, and up to date. For example, the play-by-play data can be delayed considerably.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violations of these terms.
You may stop using our services at any time; termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise stated.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes by email or through our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
